To feel authentic, creative and connected to others¬†helps a person feel that his or her life has meaning. I believe that all people have the potential for these qualities,¬†but self-doubt and self-criticism often undermine the realization of a person’s potential. Whether you come into my practice with disordered eating, anxiety, a health issue or a relationship issue, I will work with you to help you find balance, self-compassion, and safe connections to others. My approach is a collaborative effort that helps people draw on their own innate capacities for growth and healing.
